Delivery Information

All bouquets are presented in a protective bouquet sleeve with tissue and curled ribbons or a gift bow. The bouquets are delivered in a stylish gift box, which provides protection during delivery.
Our flowers ‘may’ arrive in bud for maximum freshness and vase life.
Flowers are dispatched from Guernsey Monday to Friday – there are no Sunday deliveries. Order before 2pm GMT for despatch that day and arrival within 48 hours.
If you require a delivery around a bank holiday, we normally post a day earlier to ensure the flowers arrive in time for the special day.
Due to postal deliveries we cannot guarantee a precise time of arrival.
Bouquets for Christmas and Mother’s Day will be dispatched from Guernsey, so they arrive with the recipient during the week leading up to the special occasion. This will ensure that the flowers which arrive in bud will be fresh and at their best for the special day.
Due to the stringent quality controls, we reserve the right in exceptional circumstances to substitute flowers or packaging of equal or greater value.
At Christmas and Mother’s Day due to the large volume of orders we sometimes have to restrict the number of bouquets available for this period. We reserve the right to substitute any bouquet if not available for a bouquet of equal or greater value.

Please note that the date you choose in this section is the DESPATCH date from us.

Free Royal Mail First Class Post:

Standard Postage and Packing is included in all the prices you see. Items are sent via Royal Mail First Class post. We post Monday thru to Friday, so please bear this in mind when ordering. If you want something to arrive on a Tuesday it will be posted on Friday so will possibly arrive early.

Our cut-off time is 2pm so any orders before that time will be sent the same day unless selected for a later dispatch date.

Premium Royal Mail 48 Tracked:

If you choose expedited shipping and your order is placed before 2pm Monday – Friday it will be posted that day, by Royal Mail 48 Special Delivery, which is guaranteed to be delivered within 48hrs most are delivered the following day. Please note your chosen recipient will need to be in to receive their plant or bouquet as this service requires a signature.

We do not send on the Friday before a Bank Holiday Monday. This is to ensure your gift will not remain in the post office if not delivered on the Saturday

If you order after midday on a Friday the order will not be processed until the following Monday, or Tuesday if there is a Bank Holiday on the Monday.

You should allow 1-3 working days for your goods to arrive if sent by standard delivery but over 90% are usually delivered the following day.

We no longer deliver to Republic of Ireland or Mainland Europe as following Brexit it takes to long for the flowers and plants to travel.
